Haley Krostag

This comic was originally made in 2014 and was submitted for a sequential art contest during my senior year of high school. In 2016 I reworked the panels to see a progression in my own style from what I had learned so far in college.

 

Wet Paint is an experiment in conveying a story through only character action and color. My intention was to show how can art move people, as well as move through people. I believe that art is an important part of human expression that motivates and inspires people, and an artist's job is to create that motivation that sparks the inspiration.
